|Dutch bulbs are NOT for our warm-winter climate (California) What grows best in the cold winters of Holland tends also to require that cold as well -- hence the
need for tulip bulbs to be refrigerated after you buy them.|
My bulbs do not require refrigeration
or winter cold, but are hardy down to at least zero degrees fahrenheit,
and some I offer can take it as cold as ordinary daffodils can. Bulbs
can be mulched as well. Ask about this if you are from a different part
of the country or want
to send the bulbs there.
